BE KIND TO YOUR BODY

I just went back and did my first yoga class in way way too long. I feel I am inspired again to take out the time to put back into my body what it deserves. Too often I take it for granted but feeding it with the wrong things and not
stretching and using it to its full potential inside and out.
So I also went over to visit one of those inspiring blogs I have mentioned a couple of times Inspiration for wellbeing.

One thousand wishes

I came across this totally thoughtful little shop for a truly worthy cause.
One thousand wishes the aim of the project is to raise funds for the relief effort in Japan, while sending a message of hope, peace, love and recovery to the people affected by this devastating earthquake and tsunami.
How sweet is that! Some of the things I loved are sold out, but plenty of other sweet things and if you do handmade you can also donate your things to sell!!!

A DREAM OF GOOD

I absolutely adore the work of Rob Ryan. I was in New York a couple of years ago and was lucky enough to see his pop up store and exhibition. I filled a bag full of goodies, one of which was a tea towel of the beautiful print above. I am yet to frame it, but I think it is the sweetest thing ever.

Oh my goodness! Can these fruity home-made iceblocks, from Donna Hay's current issue, be any more yummy looking! I know the colder days are just around the corner for us, but I might have to try these before Autumn is out.

MOCIUN is LOVE

Something I have in my bookmarks, and have been oogling over for way-way to long is label Mociun.
It is their jewelery in particular that I absolutely LOVE. I have had my eye on a ring for sometime and pop on every now and then to gaze at it on my screen. I was pleasantly suprised this morning as they have a bunch of new things to add to my wishlist. I am partial to turqouise but many other amazing things on their website and online store!

A TRUE SONG OF LOVE

Recently I was lucky enough to see Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros live. They were truly amazing and captivating. I could not take my eyes of each eccentric member of this band. Their song 'Home', is to me the ultimate love song. Later I found out that Edward and his on stage partner, a gorgeous smiley little brunette are also off stage partners. That to me makes this song even sweeter when you see them live!! so sweet. If you haven't listened to this song you must!!!

DETOXING YOUR MIND

Ok so I am a little slow getting my happy new year out, but better late than never.
This year is big changes for me. I will be making en effort to do more of the things I love, and put my time into these things while I can. So I hope to be here blogging more!
