PARROT CAY

My gorgeous friend, who is also an amazing chef, has just jetted off to the Bahamas, the Island of Parrot Cay to be exact..... and I just had to share with you some of the beautiful photos she has taken of this place. She has been busy cooking for the rich and famous, but managed to get a little free time to see and taste the local Conch and drink icy cocktails by the ocean.

I am planning a trip to Mexico next year, and I have just been inspired even more to book that ticket and start saving. This entry on The Selby is by far my favourite to date! Nicholas Malleville and Francesca Bonato, have a hotel, resort, day spa and perfumery called Coqui Coqui Spa,  It is located at Xtabay Estate, on the road to Boca Paila, Mexico. Although it was very hard I picked out a few of my favourite images from this Selby.....  This is a place I must visit,  it looks like pure paradise.... 

Oh how I would love to be somewhere on the Australian coast with this great van this weekend ..... found via {frolic}
