My gorgeous friend, who is also an amazing chef, has just jetted off to the Bahamas, the Island of Parrot Cay to be exact..... and I just had to share with you some of the beautiful photos she has taken of this place. She has been busy cooking for the rich and famous, but managed to get a little free time to see and taste the local Conch and drink icy cocktails by the ocean.

I know her! I am the Pilates and Fitness Teacher at Parrot Cay. Anyway, just a correction - we are in the Turks and Caicos Islands, not the Bahamas :-)

This picture of Parrot Cay IS in the Bahamas not Turks and Caicos, there are two places with the same name.
