Are you in Sydney this weekend!? If so make sure you pop down to this lovely Spring Flea market at Palm Beach. Lots of goodies. Good company is located on Barrenjoey Road, no 1065 just past the yummy 'greedy goat' cafe!
Very excited to have a little website for our beautiful creative space Good Company. Jessie at Follow Studio has once again produced something so clean, fresh and inviting.
It perfectly reflects Good Company. I am so happy to be a part of this wonderful venture.
Hope you visit us soon.
In Palm Beach, Sydney. Open by appointment or chance.
I rode my bike this morning to the post box to send a card to my sister who has just bought her first home. It made me realise that sending a stamped envelope with love enclosed is a dying thing. So I want to do it more often. Card above from my dear friend Jessie and follow studio.
Oh how nice it is discovering something you love on another blog. What I don't love so much is when you realise it is way out of your budget...... but nice to browse. I found this sweet bag over at This is Glamorous.
I know I don't share a lot of my own work on this blog, but I am very excited to be soon launching my very own dedicated wedding photography website- My lens of love. The website will be up very soon. But in the meantime I thought I would show you some pics of a collaborative space I have opened along with four other creatives. Good Company is located in Palm Beach, Sydney and is the home of Melinda Taulima flowers, Belinda Black Catering and Follow Studio. I am so in love with and inspired by our new space!
Website for My lens of love and also Good Company coming very soon!
It has been a while since I have oogled over Candace Meyers images.... I visit her site and my memory has not failed. Just as beautiful as ever..... thank you Candace you are a continuous inspiration for me.
I just love drinking my morning cuppa out of something special. I think it tastes better too! either of these gorgeous tea cups would be perfect to add to my collection! I found them here at Villarreal Ceramics.
I could have guessed..... Paris, is where this design duo met and created their brand Polder. I stumbled upon the most beautiful childrens clothing & accessories in a store in Manly yesterday, to later find them online. Childrens collection April Showers by Polder is so luxurious! From little girls leggings with gold thread stitched through them, to little embroidered puffy vests for winter and little shoulder bags in the shape of a bird to keep your coins safe.I really don't think the photos show the true quality and feel of these pieces but I just love how they have put the lookbook together. Enjoy a look and start saving, these pieces are just divine! (Oh and the music on there site is also rather soothing.)
I just went back and did my first yoga class in way way too long. I feel I am inspired again to take out the time to put back into my body what it deserves. Too often I take it for granted but feeding it with the wrong things and not stretching and using it to its full potential inside and out. So I also went over to visit one of those inspiring blogs I have mentioned a couple of times Inspiration for wellbeing.
I came across this totally thoughtful little shop for a truly worthy cause. One thousand wishes the aim of the project is to raise funds for the relief effort in Japan, while sending a message of hope, peace, love and recovery to the people affected by this devastating earthquake and tsunami. How sweet is that! Some of the things I loved are sold out, but plenty of other sweet things and if you do handmade you can also donate your things to sell!!!
I absolutely adore the work of Rob Ryan. I was in New York a couple of years ago and was lucky enough to see his pop up store and exhibition. I filled a bag full of goodies, one of which was a tea towel of the beautiful print above. I am yet to frame it, but I think it is the sweetest thing ever. you can see a glimpse of my trip here
Oh my goodness! Can these fruity home-made iceblocks, from Donna Hay's current issue, be any more yummy looking! I know the colder days are just around the corner for us, but I might have to try these before Autumn is out.
Something I have in my bookmarks, and have been oogling over for way-way to long is label Mociun. It is their jewelery in particular that I absolutely LOVE. I have had my eye on a ring for sometime and pop on every now and then to gaze at it on my screen. I was pleasantly suprised this morning as they have a bunch of new things to add to my wishlist. I am partial to turqouise but many other amazing things on their website and online store!
Recently I was lucky enough to see Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros live. They were truly amazing and captivating. I could not take my eyes of each eccentric member of this band. Their song 'Home', is to me the ultimate love song. Later I found out that Edward and his on stage partner, a gorgeous smiley little brunette are also off stage partners. That to me makes this song even sweeter when you see them live!! so sweet. If you haven't listened to this song you must!!! check it out here
Ok so I am a little slow getting my happy new year out, but better late than never. This year is big changes for me. I will be making en effort to do more of the things I love, and put my time into these things while I can. So I hope to be here blogging more! This is a message that I read every day, it is printed off and hanging above my desk. Hopefully you can read it and find inspiration in it too!
