BE KIND TO YOUR BODY


I just went back and did my first yoga class in way way too long. I feel I am inspired again to take out the time to put back into my body what it deserves. Too often I take it for granted but feeding it with the wrong things and not
stretching and using it to its full potential inside and out.
So I also went over to visit one of those inspiring blogs I have mentioned a couple of times
